Together To The Finish Line

1.     Challenge's Purpose

·       At the beginning of the year, we kicked off with Run Through Tet. Now, as we enter the final quarter, let’s come together and cross the finish line as one.

·       If you joined us at the start with Run Through Tet, keep going—finish strong and complete a full year of active wellbeing. If you didn’t join in Q1, no worries! Start now, and we’ll finish together.

2.     Rules

·       Start: from 00:00 Oct 1st 2025.

·       End: 23:59 Oct 31st 2025.

·       Registration start from now and end by 10/10/2025.

·       Results will be recorded on the 84Race platform. Only results recorded on 84Race will be used to calculate award achievements with clear track log on 84Race.

·       Running Record must be synchronized from Strava to 84Race within 24 hours.

2.1.         Individual Category

·       Registration distances: 40km / 60km / 80km / 100km.

·       Average speed: 4:00 to 15:00 min/km

·       Minimum distance: 1km per run

·       Method of participation: Runs can be done outdoors, indoors, or on a treadmill, etc.

·       Result recording method: All results recorded by the Strava App and synchronized into the 84Race scoreboard will be used to calculate the results. The results updated from Strava to 84Race must not exceed 24 hours from the end of the run. At the end of the campaign, only results that are clearly recorded on 84Race will be used for award recognition.

2.2.         Team Category

·       Participants will be divided into teams based on their Business Units (BUs). Smaller BUs will be combined to form a team to ensure balance in the number of members across teams.

·       The competition will include 6 teams:

o   Team 1: FS - EIT

o   Team 2: Finance - Distribution - Himel Electric - Technology (Distribution)

o   Team 3: Execution Center - Prescription - Projects - Power System - Technology (Project & PS)

o   Team 4: SCO - Logistics - CS&Q - Technology (IA)

o   Team 5: Secure Power - SATA - HR - Marcom - Global Offer Innovation

In this season, we calculate the team's performance as the percentage of members who registered and completed their chosen running distance category compared to the total number of team members.

3.     Completion Criteria

3.1.         Individual Category:

·       The total accumulated valid running distance must be greater than the registered category.

3.2.         Team Category:

·       The ranking of the teams will be determined based on the percentage of members who registered and completed their chosen running distance category compared to the total number of team members.

Ex: Team 1 has BU A and BU B, total member = 100. There are in total 80 members registered and only 70 members completed their registered distance category, so the result of Team 1 = 70/100 = 70%.

·       In case multiple teams achieve the same percentage, the total accumulated valid completed distance will be used to determine the winning team.

4.     Rewards

4.1.         Individual Category:

·       Top 1 Male: 3,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

·       Top 1 Female: 3,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

·       Top 2 Male: 2,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

·       Top 2 Female: 2,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

·       Top 3 Male: 1,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

·       Top 3 Female: 1,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.

4.2.         Team Category:

·       The winning team: 3,000,000 VND Got It Voucher.
